cook up some rotini pasta and set aside.
brown 1 lb of ground beef in a pan
add 1 can of light red kidney beans, drained
in a pot (this could also be done in a slow cooker), pour in 2 cans of tomato soup and 1 cup of water
add chili powder, cayenne, red pepper, and black pepper to taste
pour in beef and bean mixture
cook over low/med heat for a little while (this is totally up to you)
pour over rotini pasta and throw some cheese on top (i love to add a slice of american cheese) :)
