Sour Cream & Mushroom Chicken Casserole

cook 3-4 chicken breasts – boil until it shreds easily
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)

mix these ingredients thoroughly.

pour in casserole dish and cover the top with COOKED stuffing. i use stove top chicken stuffing. i use the whole package. it’s delicious.

bake at 350 for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
