this probably makes enough taters for 3 people but brett and i usually eat the whole thing. they’re my absolute favorite to make with steak and green beans :)
cut 1 russet potato into 8 blocks
boil for about 20-30 minutes or until it falls apart with a fork
mash in a bowl
add 1/3 cup cream cheese (or however much you want, i could eat cream cheese with a spoon)
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp milk
salt and pepper to taste
mix and serve :)
