3 8oz blocks cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 bag mini chocolate chips (this makes it super rich, so
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg (or 2-3 if you want it super fluffy)
blend until fluffy.
for the crust…
1 package of mashed up graham crackers (i generally crunch them using the bottom of a glass)
1/4 cup sugar
2-3 tbsp melted butter
mix crust ingredients and smush into the bottom of a springform pan. pour in cheesecake mixture.
bake at 450 for 10 min.
then bake at 350 for about 45 min. (or until you can stick a fork in the middle and have it come out somewhat clean)
i like to put it in the fridge overnight so it’s cold when i sneak the first piece. it is to die for at fridge temp.
